These terms govern your use of BaseAI Tools ("we", "us") — a suite of free and paid AI micro-tools for small business owners and freelancers. By using any tool on this site, you agree to these terms.

Using the free tools

Each tool offers a limited free tier (either a daily limit or a lifetime total, shown on the tool itself). No account or signup is required for the free tier. We may change free-tier limits at any time.

Pro subscriptions and one-time audits

Pro subscriptions ($9–$19/month depending on tool) unlock unlimited use of that specific tool. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Audit reports ($19–$29, one-time) are delivered by email, typically within a few minutes to 24 hours of purchase.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Refunds

If a tool fails to deliver the result you paid for (e.g. an audit report never arrives), contact us and we'll fix it or refund you. We don't offer refunds simply for a change of mind after a report has been delivered.

Acceptable use

Don't use these tools to generate content that is illegal, hateful, or intended to deceive or harm others. We reserve the right to suspend access for abuse of the free tier (e.g. automated scripting to bypass usage limits) or fraudulent payment activity.

No warranty

These tools generate AI output based on what you submit. We don't guarantee the output is error-free, and you're responsible for reviewing anything generated before you use or publish it — particularly for anything with legal, financial, or reputational consequences (job posts, invoices, review responses, etc.).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the tools after a change means you accept the updated terms.
